Basically, I can only report positive things about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. We have been working with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 for 5 years now and everything has always gone smoothly for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. At the beginning we had a reseller in between, but in the meantime we have done without it, as there were always problems. Since then, everything has been running smoothly. If there are any problems or new licences have to be entered, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's support has been very good. They helped us quickly and efficiently. Creating different signatures for different areas is also no problem. These can also be created very easily in the browser-based designer, including the rules as to when which signature should be attached and to which user. I can only recommend CodeTwo Email Signatures 365.

- More selections and dependencies for users to choose from. The brand identity enforce is good and fine, but sometimes there are people who want to change pieces of their signature or select their signature defaults, depending on customers, answers, etc.
- Integration with 3rd Party Tools, as an integration to Salesforce or Hubspot could be helpful for Sales and Marketing approaches

We migrated from an Exchange server cluster to Microsoft 365. There was no company standard for signatures and banner management, if you can even call it that, was done through one of our webhosting spaces.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 allows us to consolidate our signature management and standardize signature content based on up-to-date employee information and business unit requirements, from multiple M365 tenants. Our marketing department can now also configure temporary event-related signature changes without having to engage the IT department, streamlining the process reducing the workload of both teams.

Great Product and customer support
CodeTwo Email Signatures allow us to centrally manage end-user's e-mail signatures. It makes it easy to swap out images, change texts or schedule a season or event specific special signature for everybody, a specific group or single users. No more copy & paste errors on the user side, no more outdated or wrong sized images, no more wrong or broken hyperlinks ... The WYSIWYG editor is very well made and there is a powerful code editor for changing the HTML source if you so desire. It can easily be used by less tech-savy people and the result will look great.

The Go-To Signature Tool
The solution has made it much easier to keep a consistent brand design across the firm. We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 across our entire firm and it makes it much easier for us to keep our branding consistent at our main offices, but our satellite offices as well. In a world of remote work, it has made keeping everything tidy a breeze.

Cant go wrong with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 software we had users create their
own signatures and it was horrible from a corporate view. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we were able to setup differnt signatures for each department with individual user info straight from Azure AD / Entra. Now everybody
can easily conform to our corporate identity and the workers have one
thing less to worry about.
- Connection to m365 tenant was a breeze, setup was very straightforward.
- Setup of multiple signatures using variables for individual user information out of AAD/Entra is quickly done.
- Defining rules to apply the correct signature to each user is easy and offers plenty of options.
- By using exchanges journaling function emails are being sent to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 as a first step and are returned to exchange with a signature. After that they leave for their final destination. This makes our mail archiving software save two copies of each outgoing mail. Its fine, but might be worth taking into consideration for the future.
- Templates for rules might be a good idea. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 could provide examples of the rules that most of their customers use.
- A dark mode for the website would be highly appreciated.

Big up work!
The main Issue most of our costumers have is not having time for a signature to design. In this case, we have an extraordinary program which kills this problem almost immediately. Sure there are more opportunities out there, but thats when the terrific CodeTwo customer Support is right at your side and shines. Short communication; very clear, patient and competent people helping out whenever they need to. Big up, recommendation is no question here.

Code 2 Signatures and one Click Survey
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, our employees had to copy the signature into outlook themselves. It was up to them to keep the information up to date and use the correct formatting, or even use it at all. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we have a standardized Signature, which is always up to date. Since it's using HTML it looks a lot better, too.

This software gives us the possibility to separate the permissions of editing the signature and the administrator permissions. This gives us the possibility that our marketing department can set and change the signatures themselves.

We manage signatures in a centralized way, without worrying if all clients have the correct one, if it is displayed correctly or if the data inside is obsolete. Also, we now have the chance to insert dynamic banners based on events we are planning, like webinars, or to wish you a happy new year! Another issue solved is the signature used for mobile phones, which couldn't be implemented otherwise.

Office 365 and CodeTwo Signatures
We use the signature tool for all employees. We needed an easy, reliable solution, which can be remotely controlled. On new campaigns, we are able to roll out customized signatures in no time. On the client-side, there is absolutely no doing. They just need to choose their signature, if they have more than one assigned.
- It can build new signatures with WYSIWYG or code.
- It can remotely assign signatures to groups or single clients.
- It doesn't require setup on single clients' Outlook, all setup can be done in OWA and CodeTwo Email Signatures.
- The old editor feels better than the new one.

Extremely easy and quick to learn!
We use CodeTwo for our internal and external email signatures such as contact information and marketing purposes. This ensures that everything is automated and we face no technical issues. We plug-in a jpeg of any graphic information we want to include and can link the graphic to our website to redirect traffic.
